It’s Summer time!
It’s about time! Summer has finally arrived, and is working its way to a full swing. This means increased outdoor activities. Some of these activities include: gardening, sports or home improvement projects. According to the National Gardening Association, American households, as many as two out of three, take part in some gardening activity every year. These activities vary based on where you are, but usually include: transplanting trees and shrubs, removing overgrown or dead branches from trees, raking leaves, planting spring flowers and bulbs, controlling those pesky weeds, and mowing your quick growing lawn. Whether you’re a master gardener or an aspiring amateur, please keep these back safety tips in mind.

- Alternate or use both arms whenever possible.
